Jon, with deveron’s latest financing am I correct that the gross procedes from of $2,863,060.00 from the 8,180,173 units does not include the money that would be raised from the 50 cent warrants? That would mean the common shares issues are at a price of 35 cents…

Jon: I hate to keep asking you the same question, however, do you foresee another correction after the ‘bounce’ recently on the DOW? Was this a Deadcat bounce or are we back to getting up to new highs,etc! Also, when do you see the Venture getting going again? Stocks like AIS have been frustrating with the free trading pp’s yet stocks like CCC have held up well. Also, your take on your two cheapies: IMR and MOON??? Thanks!
